            Senator M. Hall moved to amend the amendment on page ten, section six, line eight, by striking out the words “all right, title and interest of the state in the surface of any and all real estate at Cedar Lakes owned by the board, reserving to the state any and all mineral rights appertaining thereto;” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: all real estate at Cedar Lakes owned by the board, and this transfer of real estate shall comply and be consistent with the provisions of section three, article five, chapter one of this code;.
